The plant at Guntur Municipal Corporation (GMC), commissioned by Needa Green Energy is epitome of engineering and design in Plastic Waste Management. The .5 TPD plant, setup in Guntur, is capable of converting 500 KG plastic per day to 200-250 liters usable fuel which is being used in the low RPM engine vehicles of GMC after right blending.

This project received many accolades from Central and State Governement and the officials of GMC received the Platinum SKOCH award from Swachh Bharat. This project has set an example on how effectively the municipal and industrial plastic waste can be handled without polluting the environment in a most economically viable and safe methods.
